Giulia Quadrifoglio
The all-new Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio is more than a showcase for the best power-to-weight ratio in its class with a near 7 lbs/hp — it’s a study in how to use that power.
This high performance sedan offers class-exclusive technologies for first-rate dynamic performance and driving pleasure.
Shifting the Balance of Power
Its near perfect 50/50 weight distribution creates optimal balance and highlights the advantage of a rear-wheel-drive system in a front-engined vehicle by pairing rear-wheel drive with the Giulia Quadrifoglio’s front-mounted, all-aluminum Bi-Turbo V6 engine.
A body in high-strength steel, fenders and doors in aluminum, a carbon fiber hood, roof and driveshaft, available front seat frames and aerodynamic appendices work in conjunction with the patented all-aluminum suspension to create a near perfect balance.
dawn is an intrepid statement, with a form to match. The crafted French seam in the soft-top roof offers an unbroken surface and stunning aesthetics. The windscreen frame, created as a single piece, enhances the sense of grace and fluidity, while the wider track and iconic grille lend purity and authority. An emblem of ease and opportunity, the roof opens in just 22 seconds, revealing an open deck area that connects you to your surroundings like never before.
The heart of Alfa Romeo
An Alfa Romeo always stands out for the innovation of its engine. Throughout its rich 105 year history, Alfa Romeo has introduced many industry firsts with innovative technologies that contribute to class-leading performance.
The Giulia Quadrifoglio continues this tradition with an all-aluminum 90-degree 2.9 liter Bi-Turbo V6 engine that delivers class-leading 505 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque between 2,500 and 5,500 rpm; it launches from 0-60 in a class-leading 3.8 seconds and achieves top speeds of 191 miles per hour.
Amazingly, Alfa Romeo’s most powerful production car engine is also designed to deliver world-class levels of efficiency. An electronically-controlled cylinder deactivation system reduces fuel consumption by shutting down cylinders when extra power is not needed and a start/stop system stops fuel flow and shuts down the powertrain when the Giulia is at a full stop.
Class-Leading Performance
The Giulia Quadrifoglio’s use of ultralight, high-strength materials, class-exclusive technologies and supercar power and handling convert into priceless driving dynamics.
This all-aluminum direct injection 90-degree 2.9-liter Bi-Turbo V6 is Alfa Romeo’s new benchmark. It generates an incredible best-in-class 505 horsepower and 443 pound-feet of torque, allowing it to launch from 0-60 in a class-leading 3.8 seconds and achieve a best-in-class top speed of 191 miles per hour.
These formidable stats lead to another impressive distinction: with a lap time of 7:39, the all-new Giulia Quadrifoglio is the fastest four-door production vehicle to take on the demanding Nürburgring track.

If a person writes a check without sufficient funds in an associated account to cover it, the check will bounce, or be returned for insufficient funds. Each state has laws regulating how merchants may respond to bounced checks. In Connecticut, the merchant may file a civil suit and press criminal charges if the check writer does not reimburse him for a bounced check after the merchant has sent several notices regarding the matter.
Posted Notice Requirement
Merchants and other business owners who accept checks must post a notice where customers are likely to see it warning them of the potential consequences of writing bad checks. The notice must include the civil penalties that bad check writers may face, the appropriate Connecticut statute number and an advisory that the check writer may also face criminal penalties
Civil and Criminal Penalties
As of 2010, civil courts may require the check writer to reimburse the merchant for the value of the check plus pay up to $750 if he has no back account or $400 if the check is returned for insufficient funds. If the merchant chooses to press criminal charges, the bad check writer may face a fine of up to $1,000 and up to one year in jail. Writing a bad check is a felony charge if the check was for more than $1,000 and a misdemeanor if written for a lesser amount.
Required Written Notices
If a check bounces, the merchant must send the check writer a letter by certified mail at the check writer's last known address or place of business. Usually this letter is sent to the address on the writer's check. The letter must inform the writer that the check was returned ask him to reimburse the merchant for the amount of the check and inform him of the potential criminal or civil penalties if he fails to do so. If the check writers does not respond to the letter within 15 days of receipt, the merchant must send a second letter. This letter must inform the check writer that he has 30 days to reimburse the merchant before the merchant takes legal action against him. Both letters must be written in both English and Spanish.
